Atmosphere Entertainment is proud to be involved with the RHYTHM DJ program for youth in HRM through reachAbility. reachAbility is an organization for people with disabilities, however they accept most youth regardless of whether or not they have a disability. The two DJs from Atmosphere Entertainment teaching at this DJ school are DJ Atmosphere (Gerald) and DJ Trixx (Craig).
DJ Atmosphere (Gerald) started his DJ career in 1986 at a teen dance. Over the years, he has played thousands of events at various venues. He was bitten by the electronic bug in 2005 and started playing a variety of house music such as deep house, funky house, disco house, progressive and electro, but he feels comfortable playing just about any genre of music.

RHYTHM is funded through the Canada-Nova Scotia Labour Market Agreement, through which Canada will transfer an estimated $85 million to Nova Scotia over six years to help low-skilled workers, individuals who are not eligible for Employment Insurance benefits, and groups who are under-represented in the workplace, to find sustainable employment.
